在2019年7月7日，AMD為我們帶來了采用目前最先進的臺積電7納米制程工藝全新Zen2架構的三代銳龍處理器，而裝機之家針對銳龍三代各個處理器對比intel的同級別處理器，就拿AMD三代銳龍R5-3600來說，雖然目前售價較貴一些，但是基本吊打了i5-9400F，不但在單核性能略超，而多線程性能超了高達37%的差距。而今天我們再將intel處理器提升一個檔次，測試一下i7-8700與R3-3600的性能差距，那么R5 3600和i7 8700哪個好？下面裝機之家分享一下酷睿i7-8700和銳龍R5-3600區別對比評測。

i7-8700和R5-3600區別對比評測

在實測之前，首先我們先來了解一下intel酷睿i7 8700和AMD銳龍Ryzen5 3600參數對比情況，初步來了解一下兩款CPU的差異，如下表格。

一、i7-8700和R5-3600參數對比

i7-8700和R5-3600參數對比

intel酷睿i7-8700基于14納米工藝的Coffee Lake架構設計，接口類型為LGA1151，擁有6核12線程，基礎頻率為3.2GHz，加速頻率為4.6GHz，擁有三級緩存為12MB，內存支持DDR4-2666頻率，TDP功耗為65W，CPU內置UHD630核顯。

intel酷睿i7-8700

AMD銳龍R5-3600基于目前最為先進的臺積電7納米工藝的Zen2架構設計，接口類型為AM4，擁有6核12線程，基礎頻率為3.6GHz，加速頻率為4.2GHz，擁有三級緩存高達32MB，內存支持DDR4-3200頻率，TDP功耗為65W，無內置核顯，需要搭配獨立顯卡才可以使用。

AMD銳龍R5-3600

參數對比小結：

由于兩款分別屬于是intel和AMD不同平臺不同架構產品，所以我們只能通過參數大致了解一下性能，具體性能還需要進一步測試來可以判定。如果單純從參數對比來看，AMD銳龍R5-3600在規格上無疑相比i7-8700更高，采用了目前最先進的臺積電7納米制程工藝，基礎頻率多了400MHz，具備32MB超大三級緩存，并支持更高的DDR4 3200Mhz頻率。而i7-8700多了一個內置UHD630核顯，在加速頻率高了400Mhz。核心線程均為6核12線程設計，TDP功耗為65W。

不過在價位上，R5-3600首發定價為1599元，而目前的i7-8700盒裝定價在2299元左右，目前兩者盒裝價格差了900元，不過，intel i7-8700有散片形式的CPU，可以稍微拉近一下兩者之間的差價。

由于兩者屬于不同平臺的兩款處理器，所有如果想要了解兩者性能差距，還是需要實際測試才可以得出結果，單純參數對比，很顯然沒有任何說服力的，我們先來了解一下具體測試平臺電腦配置情況，如下。

二、測試平臺配置

測試平臺配置

測試平臺電腦配置方面，我們分別使用了i7-8700和R5 3600處理器進行測試，散熱器選用了玄冰400，由于接口類型不同，主板分別選用了B360和B450，其它硬件保持一致，顯卡方面我們選用了RTX2070SUPER，配備DDR4 16G 2666Mhz內存(2根8g組建16G雙通道)，Windows10 專業版系統，CPU均默認頻率，intel酷睿i7-8700無法超頻，而AMD R5 3600超頻也超不了多少。

三、理論性能測試

1、CPU-Z性能測試

CPU-Z

測試小結：

首先我們帶來的就是CPU-Z性能測試，i7-8700多線程分數在3790，而R5-3600多線程分數在4032，也就是說，R5-3600在多線程方面還是略強的，約6%，而在單線程測試中，i7-8700領先了一點點，約4.4%。

2、國際象棋性能測試

國際象棋

小結：

國際象棋測試中，i7-8700分數為22329分，R5-3600分數為24235分，綜合性能領先了7.8%，主要是多線程的優勢。

四、游戲幀數測試

我們在帶來一下游戲實測，來看看兩款CPU在游戲中的幀數差異，游戲設置為最高畫質，分辨率為1920*1080（1080P），刷新率為60hz，游戲選了《巫師3》、《孤島驚魂5》、《刺客信條：奧德賽》、《古墓麗影：暗影》，來看看具體的測試成績吧。

游戲平均幀率測試

小結:

在游戲幀數測試中，i7-8700在絕大數的游戲中，平均幀數都要領先了R5-3600，也就是說，在游戲方面，intel還是有一定的優勢的。

五、CPU溫度與CPU功耗

AIDA64是十分出名的烤機工具，其中AIDA64單烤FPU是最具靠譜的拷機數據，單烤FPU才能對較新的處理器發揮最大威力，涉及到處理器架構原因。

CPU溫度與CPU功耗

測試小結：

得益于7納米制程工藝的優勢，R5-3600 FPU拷機溫度才79度，而功耗僅僅84W，而i7-8700溫度達86度，而CPU功耗為115W。

總結：

總的來說，R5-3600性價比優勢還是相當不錯的，綜合性能基本與i7-8700差不多，各有優勢，R5-3600主要是多線程略強一些，不過在單核性能方面還是略弱一些，兩者性能差距并不大。論價格方面，無疑是R5-3600性價比優勢更大，并且相比自家的R5-3600X性價比更出色。
